The Windsor Early Years Nursery follows the UK’s Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum for children from birth to 5 years old. The nursery is located in the Khalifa City District of Abu Dhabi.

The Nursery offers a carefully prepared, bright and spacious environment in which children between 0 and 5 years choose from a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, together with the support of adults. All seven areas of learning are supported by the resources within the nursery. All resources are age-appropriate, relevant and attractive to enable children to feel safe. The learning environment is designed to encourage children to learn with qualified staff to enhance the learning process. Children are exposed to technology in the ever-changing world. In The Windsor, a measured approach to technology is applied to enable children to socialize, group play, discuss and have fun.

Windsor Early Years Nursery is dedicated to creating an enjoyable, caring and fun environment for children. The Nursery works to provide a positive and motivating experience, which in turn will play an important role in the future learning and development of children. In a happy, friendly and supportive atmosphere, the nursery provides young minds with opportunities to develop intellectual and physical skills that naturally encourage a child's potential discovery. The nursery encourages and nurtures learning through discovery and play and instills confidence and enthusiasm. The EYFS program coupled with an environment that is caring and safe nurtures imaginative learning. Windsor's mission is to offer young minds the opportunity in a happy, friendly and supportive environment to achieve intellectual and physical skills.

The Windsor Early Years Nursery has 3 distinct classes which are the Explorers for children from birth to 2 years, Discoverers from 2 to 3 years and Inventors from 3 to 4 years. Each class focuses on different skills that prepare children to succeed with confidence and independence.

The Explorers are further divided into the Mini Explorers class which includes children from birth to 1 year and the Midi Explorers class including children from 1 to 2 years. These early years focus on exploring the world around children, and they utilize their senses in a stimulating environment to experience different sensations. Windsor provides explorers with an environment that encourages learning through exploration and play using several resources to generate a range of sensations.

The Nursery or Discoverers Class helps children from 2 to 3 years to be creative, to use imagination and to develop problem-solving skills. The Pre-school or Inventors Class is where children’s skills develop quickly. Children are encouraged to participate in joint play, to explore the world, to invent scenarios and to use their imagination in ideas and games.

All these early childhood steps help to develop and prepare children for school entry.
