Step by step nursery, Dubailand is located in the heart of the Layan community. The nursery is for babies from 45 days to 4 Years and follows a combination of the Early Years Foundation Stage and the Reggio Emilia approach.

The complex has 24-hour safety and facility administration, which offers families an enhanced lifestyle. The nursery’s mission is to develop a safe, encouraging and nurturing environment for each child, in which endless opportunities are supported, motivated and encouraged. Step by step nursery provides an informative environment that respects, and collaborates and where parent’s values are listened to, appreciated and supported. The team focuses on providing individual training for each child so that they receive undivided attention and learn according to their individual needs. Each child is unique and learns at his/her own pace and the trained staff work to ensure that the educational needs of children are always well taken care of. The nursery ensures that children can explore, learn, and grow in a safe, supportive, secure, loving and stimulating environment. Step by Step nursery, Dubailand has a dedicated baby and Toddler Zone managed by specialized staff. The nursery offers a friendly and safe environment, inviting and fostering positive growth, independence, development, trust, and self-esteem for each child.

The Early Years Foundation (EYFS) framework offered at the Step by Step nursery will include aspects of the Reggio Emilia approach. The unique Learning Triangle Curriculum is designed to meet all stages and ages of development, and all children are exposed to Arabic. All seven areas of the EYFS Learning and Development program, including indoor and outdoor play, active playing, quiet play, large and small group activities are supported at the nursery. Weekly sessions of music and movement and language programs are also offered at the nursery.

The nursery follows a blend of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage framework and the Reggio Emilia approach which is further enriched by language programs. The step by step nursery, Dubailand is divided into sections according to children’s age. Babies section includes babies from 45 days to walking stage where babies are taken care of and nurture the development of babies within a secure and safe daycare environment.

The Toddler section includes children from 12 months where they start walking to 24 months where toddlers explore, grow and learn by proving them with a secure base. The nursery section includes children from 2 to 3 years old and promotes core foundation skills such as independence, fine and gross motor skills, confidence and self-esteem and prepares children for Foundation Stage 1.

Foundation Stage is for children from 3 to 4 years old and is designed to prepare children to flourish in primary school and life beyond.
