Spring Fields Nursery offers the enriched Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum for children from 2 months to 4 years of age. The nursery is located in Al Najda Street in Abu Dhabi.
The EYFS curriculum is delivered in a caring, loving, secure, safe and stimulating environment, specifically designed to satisfy children's needs. Children's early learning experience form the basic foundation for their successful future and the nursery focuses on the development of the cognitive, physical, social, and intellectual skills and abilities of each child. To adapt the needs of each child to experiment, explore and learn, the EYFS program in Spring Fields offers exciting and wonderful learning experiences and opportunities for holistic learning.
The nursery playground is a vast shaded area for outdoor play. The beautiful playground is equipped with age-appropriate play equipment. Safety is the main priority at Spring Fields and the ground is designed specifically with rubber sheets and foam corners to keep children from being hurt while they play.
As part of the Technology Integrated Curriculum, Spring Fields British Nursery uses an Interactive Smart Board. This is designed to enable children in the Nursery to read, count, write and research with the supervision of their teacher using this high-quality teaching tool for learning.
Children discover and learn the universe around them at the Nursery’s Aerospace station. The specially designed Aerospace Station of the Spring Fields British Nursery is a unique place for children to enjoy their unlimited discovery and encourage the growth of their core thinking skills. The colorful outside space stimulates reasoning where children start asking questions.
The Spring Field Nursery has an attracting water play and sand play area which is carefully designed keeping all safety and health measures in mind helping children develop social, cognitive sensory, physical-motor developments, speech and language skills.
Children’s social, physical and emotional development is one of the objectives of the gardening area. The gardening area encourages the child's environmental awareness and understanding of his or her life cycle. The nursery also has a well-resourced library with extensive learning resources. The infant section includes children from three months onwards and the supervised daycare facilities are designed for the sensitive environment of the child. The Junior Gym Nursery offers planned fitness classes for children. Children from 2 to 4 years are given access to iPads to empower technology-integrated learning. Classrooms are integrated with audio-visual equipment to promote modern and joyful learning.
The course offers the opportunity to recognize the areas of strength and support to achieve their early learning goals. The well structured EYFS curriculum provides a strong basis on which to build for life-long learning.
