Sharjah Indian School is managed by the Indian Association Sharjah and is a senior secondary school established in 1979 following the CBSE Curriculum.

The school's goal is to provide education by emphasizing children's intellectual, physical, aesthetic, social, mental and moral development. The curriculum and work program conforms to the requirements of the New Delhi Central Board of Secondary Education. The teaching medium at Sharjah Indian School is English, and the Hindi language is compulsory. Arabic and Islamic are taught as per the UAE Ministry of Education guidelines.
