Providence English Private School campus has purpose-built modern facilities with well-equipped classrooms, computer labs, well-resourced library with extensive learning resources, science laboratory, sports halls, three activity rooms, conference room, school clinics, 2 canteen halls, and has 6 outdoor playing fields for football, basketball, and playgrounds for kindergarten and primary school children. The school follows the British curriculum and also offers classes on Arabic and UAE Social Studies as per the UAE Ministry of Education’s rule. Remedial classes are available for students who are lagging behind the classrooms and the teachers in these classrooms pay extra attention until the required result has been acquired. PEPS strongly believes that sports rejuvenate students high spirits and encourages every student to engage in at least one form of sport or game.

Registrations for admissions can be done online or at the School. Initially, a set of documents is required to facilitate the registration of your child with the Ministry of Education which are mentioned in the school website.
The students who seek admission are interviewed by the selected committee of English and Math mainly and only after proving their merit can attain a place in the institution.
School Admission Policies Registration Documents To facilitate the registration of your child with the Ministry of Education the school requires that you produce the following documents at the time of registration to accompany the completed Registration Form. Student Passport & Parents Passport – Copy Note: initially the above documents are required to open a file rest of the documents will be informed by admission department. Transferring from Government SchoolsThe School leaving certificate and the last school report, endorsed by the educational zone. Transferring from outside the U.A.E. Transfer certificates, where applicable and the last school report. All these documents must be endorsed by: The Ministry of Education The Foreign Ministry The Embassy or Consulate of the U.A.E. in the country where the documents are issued. For G.C.C. students, the documents should be endorsed by the Ministry of Education that issued the documents. From Europe, North America and Australia, the documents should include in addition to the school report, a "To Whom It May Concern" letter. In all cases, the school certificates and other documentation should be in either Arabic or English. If another language is used, it must be legally translated and authenticated as with the other documentation. |
