Ontario International Canadian School is an International school following the Canadian Curriculum for students from Pre-KG to Grade 10, located in the Mirdif area of Dubai.

The main study programs at the Ontario International Canadian School includes Visual Arts and Performing arts, French, Health and Physical education, English Language Literacy, Maths, Native languages such as Arabic and Arabic as Foreign Language, Islamic Studies, UAE Social Studies, Science and Technology, and Moral Education.
The Ontario Ministry of Education provides the curriculum requirements to the Canadian Curriculum. Apart from the academics within the classroom, OICS offers a range of enrichment learning experiences to its students outside the regular school day. These opportunities include visual performing arts, communication, sports, science and more. Students will take part in social justice activities, pursue practical solutions for environmental concerns, and participate in projects aiming at expanding their world views and involving in competitions, information sharing and even exchanges at the international level.

The admissions process is straightforward. The parents visit the school, meet with the Principal and/or teaching staff and then decide to apply on behalf of their child. The child then participates in the student assessment process and then the parents respond to the school’s admission decision.
All potential students participate in an assessment experience which is designed to develop an initial learner profile and to ensure that the student’s needs and the school’s program are sufficiently complementary.
