International Concept for Education opened its doors on September 2013 and is located in the Meydan area of Dubai. ICR offers French and English allowing families to keep their children under the French National curriculum or under the International stream of the IB curriculum.

ICE is a multilingual education to help children continue to study in their own mother tongue while making them truly bilingual. The mission of ICE is to meet the National agenda of the UAE by delivering challenging programs for students to develop a lifelong love for learning and excel in knowledge, skills, and character. The school aims to develop young men and women who are active, compassionate and caring and help to innovate and shed light to create a better world in their communities. ICE graduates develop self-discipline, trust, leadership qualities, technological skills, and respect for every nation and its diversity.

The objective of the bilingual education program, while respecting the French National Education program, is to strengthen children's language and cognitive development and to enable students to gain comparable competences in both languages. The school aims its students to gain a good command of French as well as English languages. The bilingual program is used from Kindergarten. The program will be taught in both languages with a balanced distribution alternating in French for one week and in English for one week. Two native teachers will deliver this program; one for each language. It conforms to the French Ministry of Education and follows the French Program's scope and sequence.

The Primary school CP/Grade 1 and CE1/Grade 2's primary objectives are learning to read, write and speak in French, and knowledge and understanding of numbers, including how to write numbers and calculate small quantities.

Grades 3, 4 and 5 focus on French and Mathematics. Literature, experimental sciences, history, geography, and technology, are also taught at these stages. The integration of IT tools in different increases independence, reflection, observation, and creative imagination. These skills enable every student to gain confidence and enhance learning skills.

Extracurricular activities offered at the International Concept for Education include African Drums, Ballet, Basketball, Chess, Gymnastics, Hip-Hop, Mix Martial Arts, Nutty Scientist, Soccer, Tennis, Zumba Kids, Badminton, Climbing Club, Gymnastics, Music, Robotics, Swimming, and visual arts.

If a placement test is required, your child will be invited to sit for a test which will be scheduled according to availabilities. The placement test does not automatically guarantee a place for your child.

Whether your child is accepted or not, you will hear back from the admissions department. If your child was accepted and you did receive a place offer you need to confirm and book the place within 15 days of receiving the email.
