International Academic School
Description
The International Academic School (IAS) was inaugurated in September 2006, by a team of professionals in the educational sector. It began with 50 students, and today it is educating around 1500+ students of various nationalities. It has an American curriculum from KG up to Grade 12 and the UAE Ministry of Education curriculum for Islamic Studies and Arabic language.
The IAS feels proud of making consistent efforts in educating and contributing to the upbringing of future generations and making them ready for challenges in the 21st Century.
The international, multicultural context of the school community presents an excellent example for students and evokes appreciation for other countries and their cultures in order that the students can acquire the habit of respecting and tolerating the diversities of people of the world.
There is a concerted focus on preparing Muslim students to practice the Islamic faith in the context of the American Educational Programs.
