Great Minds Nursery was founded in 2014 and follow the Montessori approach for children. The nursery is located next to City Walk, behind Box Park in Dubai.

Great Minds Nursery gives children outstanding facilities both indoors and outdoors to work and learn while playing. The employees are well qualified and are always ready to meet the needs of children and encourage their social, cognitive and physical development. The Nursery has also appointed a qualified speech therapist to monitor the progress of children and to provide support for specialized speech therapy as necessary. Children naturally connect with the world around them when they can grow freely. Great Minds Nursery’s goal is to ensure a healthy environment for children, in line with their intrinsically sensitive staged development that promotes their natural growth. The vision is to help children become happy, confident, honest and smart intelligent humans.

The nursery staff is experienced Montessori teachers who are characterized by appreciation and respect for young children. Great Mind Nursery’s approach is child-centered with a strong emphasis on personality development. The Montessori Method addresses seven main areas of learning. Through the practice of cultural activities, life skills, and role modeling, the nursery encourages personal, social, and emotional development. Indoor and outdoor activities focus on children’s physical development. Communication and language skills are enhanced within a language-rich environment through communication and storytelling. Literacy is improved by storytelling, language, and cultural activity. Through counting and sensorial activities, children develop problem-solving, numeracy and literacy skills. Utilizing cultural, sensory and environmental research, the nursery promotes understanding of the world. Through art and craft, drama, music and movement, and spontaneous play, creativity are enhanced.

Classrooms feature the latest Montessori equipment to promote the motor, cognitive, social and emotional development of children. The indoor activity room offers a variety of centers for activities that promote imaginative play, cognitive skills, and role play, gross and fine motor skills and language skills. Art Room is designed to promote children's creativity and motor abilities. The Sensory area has high-quality equipment to offer a meaningful alternative learning opportunity. Children explore and experience nature in the garden area where fine and gross motor skills and social skills are nurtured. Children explore their creativity in the Sand area. The Street area enhances knowledge about behavior on road, improves gross motor skills and works on role plays. Children have fun in the water in the swimming area.
