GEMS Modern Academy is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations in New Delhi, India. The school prepares students for ICSE exams in the Secondary School and ISC exams in the Higher Secondary School. The school follows a Day Boarding System where academics take place in the morning, and Activities for Curriculum Enrichment (ACE) takes place after lunch.

Kindergarten students follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) program incorporated with Reggio Emilia and the Montessori system. The Primary School Curriculum develops intelligence, personality, social and physical development of students in a secure, lively and stimulating environment.
