Clarion School is an American School for students from KG to 12, located in Dubai. Currently, the school is for students till Grade 5 and will add a new grade each year thereafter as it grows towards a full K-12 school. Clarion School is managed by the Scholars International Group (SIG).

Clarion School offers interdisciplinary, engaging and challenging learning taught by highly skilled professional educators, consistent to meet the highest levels of US standards, including the Common Core. Clarion offers a rich, rigorous and responsive educational program to help children prepare for the future. Teachers at Clarion are experts to identify the interests and abilities of a child and create inspiring opportunities to help develop the individual potential for each student.

The curriculum is aligned with 21st-century learning, which guarantees the support and development of critical skills and characteristic features.    Clarion also focuses on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics). Students can opt for the IB Diploma program in Grade 11 and 12th. The program also meets local KHDA standards, including Arabic and Islamic Studies. Children at Clarion learn in depth, think critically, and build key skills to succeed in any environment. The unique curriculum focuses on the entire student and builds not only the qualities required for success but also the skills important for personal achievements.

Clarion campus rests in the shadow of the world’s tallest building the Burj Khalifa. The school has state-of-the-art facilities with spacious oversized classrooms that are open to the outside, creating a wide, natural space for learning in cooler months.

The Early Years program has been organized in five broad areas of study and development and is aligned with the New York State Early Learning Guidelines and with the Common Core Standards of the New York State Pre-Kindergarten Foundation. The elementary school follows the New York State Common Core Standards +15. As students move to middle school, the subject matter becomes more complex and profound. The study will continue as a basis for interdisciplinary learning, however, the discrete subjects will have more time to ensure that the specific topics meet.

In addition to academics, Clarion offers a wide range of extracurricular activities which include athletics, performing and visual arts, community activities, dance, gymnastics, soccer, Lego, art and crafts, adventure playground, music, tennis, robotics, puzzle club, book club, yoga, strategy games and more.

Complete the online application form. Required documents can be uploaded directly into the online application. Assessments allow the school to gather relevant information on each child assisting in planning, class placement as well as aid in the transition to the school environment. The parent interview is a time for discussions and questions parents may have regarding the school program.

You will receive the assessment results by email within 5 working days. Letters of acceptance will be sent via email after notice of assessment results.
