The undergraduate programs offered at City University College of Ajman include Bachelor of Pharmacy; Bachelor of Dental Surgery; Bachelor of PR and Advertising (Arabic); Bachelor of Dentistry; Bachelor of Law; and Bachelor of Business Administration with majors in Finance and Accounting, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Management Information Systems.

The graduate programs offered at CUCA include a Master of Business Administration degree in Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Islamic Finance, Total Quality Management, and Marketing; Master of Law degree in Public Law, Private Law; and Professional Diploma in Teaching.
