Blooming Buds Nursery was founded in 2012 and follows the UK Early Years Foundation Stage for children from 12 months to 4 years. The nursery is located in the Al Bateen area of Abu Dhabi.

The nursery has established for kids a safe and educational haven in which children learn while playing in a stimulating environment. Blooming Buds Nursery’s objective is to provide every child with the best early childhood education and care. Blooming Buds is a home away from home for children, and is committed to nurturing the development of each child and engaging parents as partners. The nursery follows a theme-based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The basic philosophy is that every child deserves the best possible start in life.

The curriculum provides children with many learning opportunities through activities such as Circle time activities, Indoor learning (group and individual activities), Messy play, Music and Movement, Physical play, Letters and Sounds, Creative play and cooking, Outdoor art, Dramatic play, Library time, Arabic and Islamic studies.

The nursery is a splendidly decorated villa with classes on the ground and first floors. Each classroom has safe, anti-bacterial flooring. Indoor and outdoor play areas are available for children. There are an open play area and a fully equipped gym. Outdoor areas are designed for children to explore experiment and move around within the garden under the guidance of the nursery staff. Blooming Buds Nursery facilities include Water splash play area, Sand play area, Playground area with slides, Bloomsville - mini-village area with houses and construction sites, Tricycle area with road track and traffic signs, Art area where children express their creativity, Vegetable garden with agriculture boxes for growing organic vegetables and herbs, Mud Kitchen in the midst of nature, Music Wall, Various reading corners around the green spaces, and a Tortoise garden. The well-resourced library enriches children’s imaginations, reading, and writings. On the ground floor is an interactive whiteboard where children learn all about the latest technologies. This helps in the development of their ICT skills and encourages them to understand how ICT is used in education.

The Brilliant Branches section includes babies from 12 months to 2 years. Children who are walking will be admitted to this class. The Brave Buds class includes children from 2 to 3 years where they can climb stairs. Brainy Bloom's class includes children from 3 to 4 years of age.
