Note:

*Tuition fees include the cost of books.

**The fee structure has been approved by SPEA for the Academic Year 2025–26.

Examination fees are not included in the total fees and must be paid separately by the parent at the time of admission.

We accept applications for admission at all times during the school year, provided that we have the space in the year group and as per the admissions policy.

Placement processes in line with the regulatory requirements:

Kindergarten

?The age requirement and grade placement in kindergarten are as stipulated by regulatory guidelines, and the school’s evaluation of each child’s learning needs.

1. Children will not be assessed for specific academic ability.?

2. However, they may meet with our teaching staff individually or in small groups through interactive sessions at school to ascertain the following:

> Ability to operate independent of their parents

> Converse with adults

> Follow simple instructions

> Please note that KG1 children will need to be toilet trained

Grade 1

1. Admission and the appropriate grade level placement in Grade 1 is based on the age requirement as stipulated by the regulatory guidelines and the fulfilment of the registration requirements.

2. We may conduct placement assessments purely for baseline purposes and to plan the level of support required. A meeting with a member of the Elementary School team may be planned, where needed.

3. For applicants based locally, placement assessments (where applicable) may be undertaken at the school premises. For applicants currently outside UAE, these assessments can be arranged online under the supervision of a qualified teacher.

Grades 2 to 5

1. Admission and the appropriate grade level placement in Grades 2 to 5 is based on the child’s readiness for the particular grade and the fulfilment of the registration requirements.

Grades 9 to 12

1. Admission to High School will require the student to submit the transcript containing the credits taken in the high school years in the previous school.

2. Placement assessments may be conducted in certain subjects to assess the student’s readiness level in these subjects.

3. Once admitted, the student will meet with the Career Counsellor for placement in the courses required for graduation.

4. For applicants based locally, placement assessments (where applicable) may be undertaken at the school premises. For applicants currently outside the UAE, these assessments (where applicable) can be arranged online under the supervision of a qualified teacher.

> Original child's Emirates ID card & a copy of it

> Copy of child's passport with unified no. (for UAE) & a valid residence visa (for expats)

> Copy of the birth certificate

> Copy of the child's vaccination certificate and the child's medical file from the current school

> Copy of family register (for UAE applicants only) or a copy of the mother’s Family Book Log (Emirati Mothers)

> Copy of each parent's passport with a valid residence visa (for expats)

> Copy of each parent's Emirates ID (front and back)

Transferring students from the same emirate:

Students in KG2 to Grade 9 should submit:

1. Transfer Certificate from a previous school

2. End of year student report card

Students in grades 10 to 12 should submit:

1. A certificate from a previous school

2. The most recent two years report cards

Grade 2 to Grade 9 students transferring from other Emirates in the UAE should submit:

1. Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended and the emirate's education zone(Attested)

2. Attested original end of year student report card

Students in grades 10 to 12 should submit:

1. The Original Transfer Certificate from the last school attended and the emirate's education zone (Attested)

2. Attested original last two report cards

Students transferring from a different curriculum should submit

The final report cards from the previous two years
Certificates from Grade 9 to Grade 12; students who have not pursued Ministerial and Governmental curricula must obtain and submit proof of equivalency

Transferring students from schools outside the UAE:

1. Students from KG2 to Grade 12 must submit their most recent two report cards as well as a Transfer Certificate attested by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE consulate where the school was located.

2. Students in Grades 9-12 must obtain and submit proof of equivalency.

3. Students in Grades 1–8 who have previously taken the CAT4 test should submit the assessment report.
