Al Qasimia University was established in 2014 and is located in Sharjah. The University offers academic programs through four colleges:? College of Holy Quran, College of Sharia and Islamic Studies, College of Arts & Humanities, College of Economics & Management and College of Communication.

For its outstanding and innovative facilities, Al Qasimia University is already well recognized in the region. The campus includes a large number of lecture rooms integrated with state-of-the-art facilities and amenities.

The university auditorium facilitates a number of activities including drama, conferences, public lectures, meetings, and gatherings. The auditorium is a place where cultural, artistic and intellectual activities take place. The mosque accommodates 4000 worshippers.

Al Qasimia University has world class state-of-the-art information technology facilities, including communication networks, storage facilities, servers, modern computers and latest software. All lecture halls at the university are well-equipped with the most sophisticated equipment, such as computers, projectors; data show gadgets, sound systems, Internet connection, smart teaching rooms, and monitors.

The College of Holy Quran offers a Bachelors degree in Holy Quran Sciences. The College of Sharia and Islamic Studies offers a Bachelors degree in Sharia Islamic Studies. The College of Arts and Humanities offers a Bachelors degree in Arabic Language and Literature; and Islamic History and Civilization. The College of Communication offers a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication. The College of Economics and Management Communication offers a Bachelors degree in Economics.
